The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our intention was good, we created for staycation for two group of people.

Group 1) Combine with our existing D’Niice Garden Villa (18 pax) and this staycation (12 pax) that become bigger places for bonding and share togetherness.

Group 2) Thus also special place special staycation for small group of people need for works, event purpose, medical trip, competition group, short trip, weekly or monthly rent.

The space

While you and family/ friends travelling aplenty need bigger space and more bedrooms, the only both staycation can combined together become a seven(7) bedrooms staycation villa (D’Niice Garden + D’Niice Xtra [2] definitely bring you a special and incredible place to hang out and gather together. ✅ NO SMOKING 🚭 inside the premise ( Up to RM250.00 Extra cleaning fee will impose for whole unit to remove the odour and stains meanwhile have complete cleaning, sanitation or disinfection) meanwhile cleaning fee also applies if the entire place too messy with lots of left over foods, drinking bottles or beer can/ bottle after party/event decorative items/BBQ stuffs

✅ LOWER DOWN your voice and music after 10.00pm. STRICTLY NO DJ/ NO LIVE BAND/ NO ROWDY music or Bring your Own Sound System allow here

✅ PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES/ Cooking Equipments after use. If dishes/ pots are not washed, extra cleaning fee also may be applied.

✅ 🚫🚫🚫 NO DRUGS and GAMBLING are allowed here, all above activities will passes and surrender to local authorities or and ask to vacate the property immediately.

✅ Please do park your vehicle only at the designated area (Large garden/park beside or backlane Parking Lots) 🚫🚫🚫No double parking along the road and restricted to park at neighbour house front and bring inconvenience for all the existing communities (As it was blind -spot and few incidents involved this area, please do park your vehicle properly without brings hassle to community and neighbourhood

✅ If the guests are found to had a PARTY without host permission which results a special or extra cleaning, guest will responsible for the cleaning service and in a unfortunate event of disruptions alert neighbours, GUESTS ALSO WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY
