We welcome small group of friends and family to book from us..we set our lowest base rate therefore price will automatically adjust if you have more bigger group! You may need to select your no of group to have most accurate of the rate. After 16 to 28 pax there will be no charges and minimum base rate from 10 guests and above.

Luxurious Bedroom Arrangement

We care of your sleep therefore we using high quality Lapure @ Germany fine craft mattresses for all our bedrooms. It was allergic free, 100% Pure Latex and non chemical that allows you sleep in peace of mind in natural position, causing less possible stress on musles and nerves.

Located at the heart of Johor Bahru and just 5-7 mins drives to nearest park such as Legoland and Sanrio Hello Kitty Park! 3-5 minutes Walking distance to AEON Bukit Indah with plenty of shopping experience and best foodies heaven and amenities surrounding.

Other things to note

To make assure our guest have peace of mind, our vacation house able to parks 4 private cars internally! Extenal can parks up to 20 overs vehicles. I planted up to 100 overs differents flowers and green plants just make sure you all will fascinated and superb inviting feel...somehow it may invited a lots of bees and others insert, those worries do advise to bring inserts repellent. Those stay at upstairs of our property may need to climb the stairs may advise to hold and bring up the luggage instead to pull it or stroll it as may damages the staircase.

✅ NO SMOKING 🚭 inside the premise ( Up to RM250.00 Extra cleaning fee will impose for whole unit to remove the odour and stains meanwhile have complete cleaning, sanitation or disinfection) meanwhile cleaning fee also applies if the entire place too messy with lots of left over foods, drinking bottles or beer can/ bottle after party/event decorative items/BBQ stuffs

✅ LOWER DOWN your voice and music after 10.00pm. STRICTLY NO DJ/ NO LIVE BAND/ NO ROWDY music or Bring your Own Sound System allow here

✅ PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES/ Cooking Equipments after use. If dishes/ pots are not washed, extra cleaning fee also may be applied.

✅ 🚫🚫🚫 NO DRUGS and GAMBLING are allowed here, all above activities will passes and surrender to local authorities or and ask to vacate the property immediately.

✅ Please do park your vehicle only at the designated area (Large garden/park beside or backlane Parking Lots)
🚫🚫🚫No double parking along the road and restricted to park at neighbour house front and bring inconvenience for all the existing communities
(As it was blind -spot and few incidents involved this area, please do park your vehicle properly without brings hassle to community and neighbourhood

✅ If the guests are found to had a PARTY without host permission which results a special or extra cleaning (Minimum Cleaning Charges RM150.00) guest will responsible for the cleaning service and in a unfortunate event of disruptions alert neighbours, GUESTS ALSO WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY
